平板裂缝天线要求结构紧凑、重量轻和精度高,同时加工也较复杂,为此设计制造了1/32模拟裂缝天线。它用来验证电讯、结构和工艺实现的可能性。文章介绍各种零件的加工方法。对隔板的加工,针对它宽度窄、长度长、有许多凸台和槽口以及位置精度高等特点,我们采用叠厚线切割的办法,省去了复杂的夹具。十字盖板的加工同样也应用线切割方法。这样,简单易行,精度也高,一致性又好。
