一、心脏功率机及其用途: 心电图检测是冠心病诊断的常用手段,通常在冠状血流下降至正常值的30％时才出现明显改变,从而限制了心电图对冠心病诊断价值。为此,临床采用了冠状循环负荷试验,其中较时行的是功率机(Ergometer)的多级踏车设备(附图见插页第8页),用来测定冠心病者可能允许的运动量,作为劳动能量的客观指标。故可将此设备看成一种“磅称”,以磅出人的“马力”和身体素质。
