西宁市、各自治州人民政府,海东行署,省政府各委、办、厅、局:《青海政报》是省政府的机关刊物,是省政府传达政令,发布政策,指导工作,服务社会的重要工具。在2002年度《青海政报》宣传发行工作中,各地区、各部门认真贯彻省委办公厅、省政府办公厅有关文件精神,加强领导,克服困难,扎实工作,为《青海政报》的宣传发行做了大量富有成效的工作。为鼓励先进、促进工作,决定对在2002年度《青海政报》宣传发行工作中做出突出成绩的海西州政府办公室等35个先进单位和西宁市政府办公厅翟健等15名先进个人予以通报表彰,并给予奖励。希望受表彰的单位和个人再接再厉,发扬成绩,为政报的宣传发行作出新的贡献。各地区、各部门要认真学习和借鉴他们的先进经验,克服困难,扎实工作,为开创《青海政报》宣传发行、学习运用工作新局面再创佳绩。
