外聘教师是高职院校师资的重要补充,也是优化师资队伍结构,促进专业发展、培养高技能人才的生力军。分析了外聘教师的重要性及其教学现状,以温州职业技术学院为例,着重阐述了高职院校外聘教师有效管理的途径和方法,并提出了思考和建议,以促进职能部门进一步规范、优化外聘教师管理。
External teachers are an important complement to teachers in higher vocational colleges.
