目的:研究骆驼蓬总碱对鼠源S180肉瘤细胞体内、体外的抑制作用。方法:通过对昆明种小鼠右腋下皮下接种S180细胞建立移植瘤小鼠模型,观察骆驼蓬总碱在浓度为60、30、15mg/kg连续给药10d对荷瘤小鼠的瘤重、脾指数、胸腺指数的影响;另外采用MTT法检测骆驼蓬总碱各浓度对S180体外增值的抑制情况。结果:骆驼蓬总碱可以明显抑制小鼠S180肉瘤的生长,抑瘤率分别为56.13%,54.03%,32.34%,且对脾指数和胸腺指数无显著性影响;骆驼蓬总碱在体外能够明显抑制S180的生长,且在72h抑制作用较好,IC为473.58μg/ml。结论:骆驼蓬总碱对S肉瘤细胞体内、体外均有较好的抑制作用。
Objective: To study the inhibitory effect of total alkaloids from Peganum harmala on murine S180 sarcoma cells in vitro and in vivo. Methods: The mouse model of xenograft was established by subcutaneously inoculating S180 cells into the right armpit of Kunming mice, and the tumor weight of the treated mice was observed after treated with 60, 30 and 15 mg / Spleen index and thymus index. In addition, MTT assay was used to test the inhibitory effect of total alkaloids from Peganum harmala on S180 proliferation in vitro. Results: The total alkaloids of Peganum harmala could significantly inhibit the growth of S180 sarcoma in mice. The tumor inhibition rates were 56.13%, 54.03% and 32.34%, respectively, and had no significant effect on spleen index and thymus index. Inhibition of S180 growth, and 72h better inhibition, IC 473.58μg / ml. Conclusion: Alkaloids from Peganum harmala have good inhibitory effects on S-sarcoma cells in vitro and in vivo.
