人们说电视纯是一种集体创作,是一种综合艺术。这是就宏观的总体角度而言,就每一部具体的片子,归根结底是编导的问题。一部片子的主要工作和责任在于编导。强调编导的作用不同于强调领导的作用,编导的作用表现在一种和谐有理的总体把握之中,能使制作人员和表现对象有一种向心力,象地球绕地轴自转一样。电视制作过程中,始终要有一个良好的积极状态,工作中的环境和气氛有客观的,也有主观的,编导象一个空调,应该有责任有能力创造一个使整个工作人员感到舒适、
