调解对于现阶段我国观念多元化和利益多元化的社会解决矛盾和纠纷具有十分重大的意义,但是调解的相关制度目前仍存在一些问题并对强制执行力和司法确认的问题以及人民调解制度的问题进行讨论。
Conciliation is of great significance to the social conflicts and disputes in the society at this stage, in which pluralism of views is diversified and interests are diversified. However, there still exist some problems in the related systems of mediation and the problems of the enforcement power and judicial confirmation as well as the people’s mediation system have a discussion.
