全苏化学机器制造科学研究工艺设计院开发出一种制造曲轴毛坯的电渣熔铸法,即先分别熔铸曲轴的各段,而后再熔铸成整个曲轴毛坯。自耗电极是相与曲轴材质相同的钢轧材,电极直径为100mm~130mm。用此法生产的70—1—0—1A曲轴毛坯,重700kg,长1635mm,轴颈直径达200mm以上。 45钢电渣熔铸曲轴毛坯的热处理规范是:350℃~400℃装炉,以100℃/h~150℃/h周的速度加热至810℃~860℃,保温时间按毛坯最大直径尺寸计算,每1mm为2~3min,空冷;退火温度为200℃~300℃,保温时间也按毛坯最大直径尺寸计算,每1mm为2~3min,空冷。
