以WJ-8型高铁垫板为研究对象,运用Pro/E软件对垫板铸件进行了三维实体造型,运用Pro CAST对原有工艺进行数值模拟分析。根据模拟结果对原有铸造工艺方案进行了改进,以降低缩松、缩孔缺陷。工艺改进后,铸件缩松缩孔缺陷大幅度减少。
Taking WJ-8 high-speed rail pad as the research object, the three-dimensional solid modeling of the pad castings was carried out by using Pro / E software. The original process was simulated by Pro CAST. Based on the simulation results, the original casting process scheme was improved to reduce the shrinkage and shrinkage defects. After the process improvement, casting shrinkage shrinkage shrinkage defects significantly reduced.
