自1988年以来,各地有不少企业试行了股份制,有的省份已有700多户企业试行了股份制。今年我们对试行股份制的企业,进行了调查。在调查中发现,有一些企业试行的股份制,很不规范,难以称得上是股份制。这一些所谓股份制企业,大都是在企业内部搞职工集资或在企业间搞横向联合,在股权、分配等方面都存在一些值得研究的问题。就这一些企业的股份制形式来看,大体可分为三类:
Since 1988, many companies around the world have experimented with the joint-stock system. In some provinces, more than 700 companies have tried the joint-stock system. This year we conducted a survey of the companies that tried the stock system. In the survey, it was found that some companies have a trial shareholding system that is not standardized and is difficult to claim as a shareholding system. Most of these so-called joint-stock enterprises are mostly engaged in fund-raising among employees or horizontal integration among enterprises. There are some problems that need to be studied in terms of equity and distribution. As for the shareholding system of these enterprises, it can be roughly divided into three categories:
