本文通过钢的直接电加热快速渗铝工艺试验,研究了Q235钢渗铝层的生长规律、组织组成、渗层铝浓度分布状态和硬度分布状态,并与1Cr18Ni9Ti钢作了比较。结果表明,直接电加热快速渗铝工艺能大大缩短渗铝周期,具有高效节能的效果。
In this paper, the rapid aluminizing process experiment of direct electric heating of steel was used to study the growth law, the composition of the aluminized layer, the distribution of aluminum concentration and the distribution of hardness in Q235 steel, and compared with 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel. The results show that the rapid thermal aluminizing process by direct electric heating can greatly shorten the aluminizing period and has the effect of high efficiency and energy saving.
