为进一步加强港口理货行业管理,交通运输部决定从2010年11月1日至12月31日,在全国统一换发新港口理货业务经营许可证。此次换证对象为经交通运输部(或原交通部)批准取得港口理货业务经营资格的经营人。
In order to further strengthen the management of the port tally industry, the Ministry of Transport decided to renew the new port tally business operation license across the country from November 1, 2010 to December 31, 2010. The object of renewal is approved by the Ministry of Transport (or the former Ministry of Transportation) to obtain the operation of the port tally business operators.
