对聚苯乙烯生产男工25名的血清To、LH、FSH的测定结果表明:接触组血清To、LH、FSH分别为15.54±3.75nmo/L、6.22±3.05U/L、6.70±3.04U/L,对照组分别为23.72±6.56nmol/L、12.62±7.46U/L、9.38±8.91U/L。接触组To、LH水平显著低于对照组,FSH则无明显改变。多元回归分析表明接触工龄与To、LH呈显著负相关。提示接触苯乙烯可影响下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴的内分泌功能,可能是苯乙烯所致生殖功能障碍的重要作用机理。
The results of serum To, LH and FSH of 25 male workers in polystyrene production showed that the serum levels of To, LH and FSH in the exposed group were 15.54 ± 3.75nmo / L and 6.22 ± 3.05U / L, respectively , 6.70 ± 3.04U / L in the control group and 23.72 ± 6.56nmol / L in the control group respectively, 12.62 ± 7.46U / L and 9.38 ± 8.91U / L in the control group. The levels of To and LH in the contact group were significantly lower than those in the control group, while the FSH did not change significantly. Multiple regression analysis showed that there was a significant negative correlation between working age and To and LH. Tip Styrene can affect the hypothalamus - pituitary - gonadal axis of the endocrine function may be caused by the reproductive dysfunction of styrene an important mechanism of action.
