本文从三个方面阐述了科学文化教育建设和思想道德建设相互渗透、互为条件，并相互促进的辩证关系，提出要正确认识科学文化教育和思想道德建设的辩证关系，从而更好地加强社会主义精神文明建设，全面推动社会现代化建设宏伟事业的发展。
This paper elaborates the dialectic relationship between science, culture and education construction and ideological and moral construction through mutual infiltration, mutual conditions and mutual promotion from three aspects. It proposes that we should correctly understand the dialectical relationship between science, culture and education and ideological and moral construction so as to strengthen the society Spiritual civilization construction, and comprehensively promote the development of the grand cause of social modernization.
