成人高校是我国高校体系的重要组成部分,在当前我国高等教育行政体制改革的大背景下,成人高校的行政管理改革也被提上了议事日程。我国的成人高校虽然具备着良好的发展前景,但是,现阶段的成人高校发展逐渐暴露出了众多弊端,行政管理效率不高,资源得不到合理利用,管理人员素质偏低等等。针对目前成人高校行政管理中出现的问题,要大力推进成人高校行政管理体制的改革与创新,促进管理体制优化。
Adult colleges and universities are an important part of the system of colleges and universities in our country. Under the current background of the reform of administrative system of higher education in our country, the reform of administrative management in adult colleges and universities is put on the agenda. Although adult colleges and universities in our country have good prospects for development, the development of adult colleges and universities at this stage has gradually exposed many drawbacks, the efficiency of administration is not high, resources are not used properly, and the quality of management personnel is rather low. Aiming at the problems in the current administration of adult colleges and universities, it is necessary to vigorously promote the reform and innovation of the administrative system in adult colleges and universities and promote the optimization of the management system.
