邱連仲是滿家滩公社什字街大队刘东生产小队卫生員,现年二十二岁,貧农子弟。自担当卫生员工作以来,短短三个月,共为社員治疗一百零二人次。病种有:感冒、胃痛、牙痛、风湿症、腹泻、外伤等等。这些病人除有五名风湿症略有好轉外,其它大部分已經痊癒。他不论深更半夜和天气好坏,都是每找必到,毫不犹豫。用他自己的話說:“不管是誰有了病,信下信得过咱都不要紧,帮助出出主意,請个大夫跑跑腿,咱年輕还滿办得到”。社員张淑香說:“这小伙对病人真上心,俺孩子他爹有病,一天总要去看几趟,起初我想是叔姪关系,后来品品看,对誰都是一样”。邱連仲有时守护病人一宿到亮,次日照常出工。社員都反
