内部控制是单位管理的核心部分,而内部控制制度对现在的管理制度来说也是比较重要的,对行政事业单位的管理有着很大的影响,因此,行政事业单位加强内部控制的建设是很必要的,它不仅可以使行政事业单位的管理水平得到改变,也可以使行政事业单位的各种能力得到改善。由于我国在财政体制方面进行改革,内部控制已变得越来越重要。本文就行政事业单位内部控制的研究,发现行政事业单位存在很多问题,针对这些问题并提出了与之相对应的策略。
