针对提升机工作环境特殊、提升煤量监测需要采用数据无线传输的现实,提出了将无线传输和有线远距离传输相结合的提升煤量监测方案,介绍了以ATmega8单片机为核心的采集发射机设计、接收控制机设计和上位机设计。实验表明,本系统有效解决了箕斗上下运动造成的布线困难和数据传输的问题,实现箕斗装、卸煤量的监测,预防超载提升事故的发生。
Aiming at the fact that the working environment of elevator is special and the coal quantity monitoring needs to be improved by the wireless transmission of data, a scheme to increase the coal quantity by combining wireless transmission with wired long-distance transmission is proposed. The design of the acquisition transmitter with ATmega8 as the core is introduced , Receive control machine design and host computer design. Experiments show that the system effectively solves the problems of cabling difficulties and data transmission caused by the up-and-down movement of skip, and realizes the monitoring of skip loading and unloading of coal, and prevents overload overload from occurring.
