教育信息化不是简单的在教育过程中引入技术与机器,更关键的是一种教育思想观念的革新,是一种教育思想创新并且积极应用信息技术的手段,最终形成人才创新培养的过程。信息技术教师在这一过程中成为了信息化教学的先驱,研究者对其专业发展非常关注。本文主要分析了信息技术教师专业发展内容,高中信息技术教师专业发展现状,高中信息技术教师专业发展的建议。
Education informatization is not simply the introduction of technology and machinery in the education process. What is more important is the innovation of education ideas. It is a means of educational thought innovation and active application of information technology, and ultimately forms the process of talent innovation training. Information technology teachers have become pioneers of information-based teaching in this process. Researchers are very concerned about their professional development. This article mainly analyzes the content of professional development of information technology teachers, the current situation of the professional development of high school information technology teachers, and the suggestions for the professional development of high school information technology teachers.
