海事法院是在我国改革开放中诞生的专门法院。经过三年多的历程,已经显示出其生命力。各院在加强自身建设的同时,审结了一批海事、海商案件,解决了海事纠纷,调整了海上运输关系。依法行使海事司法管辖权,对促进我国对外经济贸易事业和海运事业的发展,起到了积极的作用。海事法院的设立,标志着我国海事法制建设进入新阶段。实践证明,它是依法治国的需要。目前我国海事法院尚处在初创阶段,许多问题还值得研究,需要不断完
Maritime court is a special court born in our country’s reform and opening up. After more than three years of history, has shown its vitality. While strengthening their own building, the courts concluded a number of maritime and maritime cases, resolved maritime disputes and adjusted maritime transport relations. The exercise of maritime jurisdiction according to law has played a positive role in promoting the development of China’s foreign economic relations and trade and maritime transport. At present, China’s maritime court is still in its infancy and many problems are still worth studying.
