曹雪芹著的《红楼梦》是我国古典小说中最有代表性的作品,被称为中国封建社会的百科全书。书中涉及的各式建筑物堪称中国古典建筑的“大观园”,现略举几例。垂花门:旧式住宅在二门门头修筑的像屋顶一样的盖,檐下四角有雕刻精美的垂莲柱为特征的独立式门楼。“接外孙贾母惜孤女”:“众婆子步下跟随,至一垂花门前落下,那小厮俱肃然退出”。
Cao Xueqin’s A Dream of Red Mansions, the most representative piece of classical Chinese novels, is called the encyclopedia of Chinese feudal society. Various types of buildings involved in the book called China’s classical architecture, “Grand View Garden”, are a few examples. Drifting doors: Old-style dwelling houses have roof-like lids built in front of two doors and free-standing gateways in the lower four corners of the eaves that feature beautifully carved columns. “Take grandchildren Jieshe orphans”: “All the ladies to follow step by step, to a drop of flowers in front of the door, then Xiaozou auscultation all out.”
