加强教育思想建设,用素质教育思想代替应试教育思想,是办好中、小学教育,提高基础教育质量的根本性问题。我们通过学习认识到:新的教育体系,主要不是为学生提供完整系统的科学知识,而是注重提高每个学生自我接受新技术、新知识、解决新问题的能力,使他们在有限的学习时间里,学得快、学得新、学得活,为将来继续学习和从事科学工作奠定基础。因此,我们把“减轻负担,提高质量,立足未来,发展智能”作
Strengthening the construction of educational ideology and replacing the exam-oriented education ideology with quality education ideas is a fundamental issue in running primary and middle school education and improving the quality of basic education. We learned through learning that the new education system is not primarily to provide students with a complete system of scientific knowledge, but to focus on improving each student’s ability to self-accept new technologies, new knowledge, and solve new problems, so that they can spend a limited amount of time learning. In it, we learn quickly, learn new things, learn to live, and lay the foundation for our future learning and scientific work. Therefore, we regard “reducing the burden, improving quality, based on the future, and developing intelligence.”
