萝卜叶中含有一种具轻微刺激气味的易挥发次生化合物．经室内的嗅觉实验和田间的引诱试验，表明该物质对桃蚜具有很强的引诱活性．室内外活性实验经ｔ检验，与对照相比分别在０．００１和０．０１水平上有差异．利用气相色谱、气相色谱－质谱联用仪和核磁共振谱等手段，鉴定其结构为４－甲硫基－３－丁烯异硫氰酸酯．
