目的:主要通过一些临床实例来研究糖皮质激素在肿瘤内科临床应用的疗效和安全性。方法:通过抽样调查100例使用过糖皮质激素治疗病人的病例记录和资料,在其他条件基本一致的情况下,按照糖皮质激素的用量从小到大将患者分为第一组(46例)、第二组(34例)、第三组(20例)。结果:第一第二组的患者在局部水肿、颅内高压等方面表现不明显,第三组患者的表现显著。结论:在临床实验中,中低量的糖皮质激素在肿瘤内科中起到一定的作用。
Objective: To study the clinical efficacy and safety of glucocorticoid in clinical application of oncology through some clinical examples. Methods: 100 cases of patients treated with glucocorticoid were sampled and recorded. The patients were divided into the first group (46 cases) according to the dosage of glucocorticoids under the same basic conditions. The first group Two groups (34 cases), the third group (20 cases). Results: The first group of patients in the second group of local edema, intracranial hypertension and other aspects of the performance is not obvious, the third group of patients with significant performance. CONCLUSIONS: In clinical trials, moderate and low levels of glucocorticoids play a role in oncology.
