本文结合实际工程需求,分析了超高泵送高强大体积混凝土的流变学特征及泵送压力损失规律,提出了合理的性能评价方法和评价指标,研究了配合比各个参数对超高墩高强大体积混凝土性能的影响。试验研究表明,通过选择优质原材料、合理的配合比参数,配制出了满足工作性及强度要求的C50超高墩高强大体积混凝土;机制砂种类及石粉含量对超高墩高强大体积混凝土性能影响显著,采用超粒径碎石加工的碎石砂,同时控制石粉含量在10%左右,含泥量小于1%,可以有效提高混凝土的性能。
