目的:探究人性化服务在糖尿病护理中的应用价值。方法:收取我院115例糖尿病患者,收取时间在2015年10月1日直至2016年10月2日,并将糖尿病患者分为两组,对照组(57例患者实施常规服务),观察组(58例患者实施人性化服务),将两组糖尿病患者实施服务后的效果进行对比。结果:观察组糖尿病患者治疗后的住院时间(8.45±1.02)天、服务满意度评分(90.45±1.18)分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将人性化服务应用在糖尿病患者具有显著应用价值,能提高服务满意度评分,缩短患者住院时间。
Objective: To explore the value of humanized service in diabetes care. Methods: One hundred and fifteen patients with diabetes mellitus were recruited from October 1, 2015 to October 2, 2016. The patients with diabetes were divided into two groups: the control group (57 patients with routine service), the observation group 58 patients implemented humane services), the two groups of patients with diabetes after the implementation of the service were compared. Results: The hospitalization time (8.45 ± 1.02) days and the service satisfaction score (90.45 ± 1.18) in the diabetic patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of humanized service in diabetic patients has significant application value, which can improve the service satisfaction score and shorten the hospitalization time.
