将具有消炎、抗菌功效的蛋白酶与乙基纤维素薄膜以化学交联法聚合形成抗菌性薄膜,并对其抗菌性能进行了研究。利用紫外分光光度计测定酶膜中的酶在275nm处的吸光度,并比较各种条件下酶的活性,从而研究蛋白酶-乙基纤维素薄膜的抗菌效力与持久性。
The anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effect of protease and ethyl cellulose film by chemical crosslinking polymerization of antimicrobial film, and its antibacterial properties were studied. The absorbance at 275 nm of the enzyme membrane was measured by UV spectrophotometer and the enzyme activity was compared under various conditions to study the antimicrobial efficacy and persistence of the protease-ethyl cellulose membrane.
