划线工作中,经常会遇到在已加工的盘类零件或箱体的轴承孔上,划出同心圆并作等分的要求。遇到这样的情况时,圆心的位置往往处在盘类件或轴承孔的空间,因此只好用材料把空间补上后找出圆心,若是大型工件,还要制作一个较大的圆规,这样做不仅耗费材料,而且工效低。为了解决这个问题,设计了一个专用的划线工具,这个工具在使用时,是顺着工件的某一部位边缘移动,因此称为“仿形规”。这种仿形规有如下优点:
