各位委员:现将春耕生产进行的情况和我们进一步所采取的措施报告如下,并请审查和批准。1956年的春耕生产工作,是在全省农业合作化运动取得了决定性胜利的基础上进行的。由于农村生产关系的根本改变,广大农民的生产积极性空前的高涨起来。去年冬季以来,在全省范围内出现的史无前例的群众性生产高潮,就是在这种情况下发生的。这个运动现在已经收到了良好的效果。截至今年4月上旬,据全省下完全的统计,已经完成的水利工程,可扩大水浇地550余万亩。已经完成的水土保持工程,约可控制水土流失面积700多万亩。在冬小麦的加工方面,已经进行了锄麦、除草、上追肥和春浇,目前麦苗生长良好,只要不遭受自然灾害的袭击,便可丰收有望。在秋田的耕作方
