中国共产党是一个从革命党转型而来的执政党。明晰执政党和革命党特征的本质区别,有益于深刻把握政党执政的客观规律。中国共产党在阶级属性、政治纲领和组织纪律方面具有独特的内在特征。内在特征的延展形成外在特征。政党的先决性、执政的长期性和执政的适应性构成了中国共产党的三大外在特征。执政的适应性规定了中国共产党要实现和发展民主。民主政治的践行需要科学的民主理论指导,辨析当下的各种民主理论,有助于全面完整准确地理解民主。
The Chinese Communist Party is a ruling party transformed from a revolutionary party. Clarifying the essential differences between the characteristics of the ruling party and the revolutionary party is conducive to deeply grasping the objective laws governing the ruling party. The Chinese Communist Party has unique internal characteristics in terms of class attribute, political program and organizational discipline. The extension of the intrinsic features forms the external features. The precedence of parties, the long-term nature of governing and the adaptability of governing constitute the three external characteristics of the Chinese Communist Party. The adaptability of ruling stipulated that the Chinese Communist Party should realize and develop democracy. The practice of democratic politics needs the guidance of scientific democratic theory and the analysis of various current democratic theories, helping to fully and accurately understand democracy.
