一个存在的理由：有人需要它互联网的出现,使整个人类社会产生了一次重大的变革,信息化已深入到日常生活的各个角落。然而伴随变革产生的是巨大的数字鸿沟。城市贫困人口和普通城市居民之间、偏远地区居民与发达地区居民之间能获取信息的途径越来越不对称。
One Existential Reasons: Someone needs the advent of the Internet to make a major change in the entire human society. Informationization has gone deep into every corner of daily life. However, with the change is a huge digital divide. There is a growing asymmetry in the ways in which information can be obtained between urban poor and ordinary urban residents, between residents in remote areas and those in developed areas.
