农业作为河南省新密市的基础产业,与农民的收入息息相关。受新密市地理环境等多种因素的制约,使农业生产极易受到气象灾害的影响。另外,全球温度变暖更使极端的天气事件频繁发生,为新密市农民增收带来了很大程度的困难。基于此,结合新密市气象为农服务的现状,针对气象为农服务过程中存在的问题提出合理的处理对策,从而切实提高农业气象服务水平。
As the basic industry of Xinmi in Henan Province, agriculture is closely related to the income of peasants. Constrained by a variety of factors such as the geographical environment of Xinmi City, agricultural production is highly vulnerable to meteorological disasters. In addition, the global warming more frequent extreme weather events, resulting in increased income farmers in Xinmi brought a great deal of difficulty. Based on this, combined with the status quo of Xinmi meteorological service for agriculture, aiming at the problems existed in the process of meteorological service for agriculture, a reasonable countermeasure is put forward to improve the service quality of agricultural meteorology.
