唐代温庭筠的诗句:“绿塘摇滟接星津,轧轧兰桡入白蘋。应为洛神波上袜,至今莲蕊有香尘。”写出了莲的优雅脱俗。北宋著名哲学家、理学派的开山鼻祖周敦颐的《爱莲说》更是写出了莲的高洁、莲的正直。广东省广州市黄埔区姬堂小学通过“荷品·诗意”课程的创立、诗意校园的建设,感召全体姬小人涵养“莲”的高洁、“莲”的优雅、“莲”的庄重,行走在如诗般的学习、生活、践行、创造的成长之教育路上。
