c-fos基因是原癌基因的重要成员。其表达受多种细胞活性物质的影响,通过其表达产物c-fos蛋白参与转录激活蛋白1的组成发挥生物学作用,并可以反过来对细胞因子进行调节,从而参与细胞的生长、增殖、分化途径上环节的调控。本文着重就诱导c-fos基因在骨组织中表达的影响因素及其与骨质疏松的相关性进行了探讨。
