目的:观察固本喘嗽康颗粒的平喘、抗炎及免疫作用。方法:用卵蛋白雾化吸入致敏法建立大鼠哮喘模型,观察固本喘嗽康颗粒对大鼠引喘潜伏期和BALF中白细胞数的影响;用二甲苯及琼脂建立炎症模型观察固本喘嗽康颗粒对急性炎症及慢性炎症的作用;从体液免疫和细胞免疫两方面观察固本喘嗽康颗粒的免疫作用。结果:固本喘嗽康颗粒可明显延长大鼠引喘潜伏期,降低BALF中白细胞数;可明显对抗急性炎症和慢性炎症;对体液免疫和细胞免疫具有调节作用。结论:固本喘嗽康颗粒具有平喘、抗炎和免疫调节的作用。
Objective: To observe the Gubenchu cough granules antiasthmatic, anti-inflammatory and immune function. Methods: Asthma model was established by inhalation sensitization with ovalbumin. The effects of Gubenchuan cough granules on the latency of asthma and the number of leukocytes in BALF were observed. Inflammatory model was established by Xylene and agar to observe the expression of Gusanchuan The effect of cough granule on acute inflammation and chronic inflammation; observe the immune function of Gubenchuan cough granules from humoral immunity and cellular immunity. Results: Gubenchu cough Kang particles can significantly prolong the latent period of asthma in rats and reduce the number of white blood cells in BALF; it can obviously resist acute inflammation and chronic inflammation; regulate humoral immunity and cellular immunity. Conclusion: Gubenchu cough Kang particles with asthma, anti-inflammatory and immune regulatory role.
