沥青灌浆防渗堵漏技术是把比重大于1的沥青加热熔化成流态,再用耐热压力泵将其送入透水基础,沥青经过分散、冷却、凝聚等过程使透水体附着沥青,而达到防渗堵漏的目的。李家峡水电站上游围堰沥青灌浆处理的防渗面积为200m~2,被灌介质为砂砾石层,通过灌浆其渗漏量由原来的0.5~1.0m~3/S,降为0.025m~3/S,加快了施工进度,防渗效果较好。主要技术指标:软化点40℃~96.5℃,闪点200℃~275℃,比重1~1.05,开灌温度150℃~160℃,输送温度120℃~130℃,到达管口处温度100℃~110℃,灌浆压力0.2~0.35MPa。
