目的 分析赞比亚中央门诊患者屈光不正的患病率,探讨其有关影响因素.方法 收集赞比亚卡布韦总医院2007年6月至2009年3月眼科就诊的屈光不正患者的临床资料.结果 2136例患者(4207眼)中,老视占56%,远视占22.44%,近视占16.02%,散光占5.54%. 结论远视、老视在屈光不正患者中占绝大多数,近视患者较少,说明环境因素对近视很重要。
