随着我国社会经济的不断发展以及学前教育改革的推进,越来越多的幼儿园开始尝试和探索一种新的幼儿教育模式——混龄教育。在幼儿园中实施混龄教育符合我国当前学前教育改革的理念,它不仅仅能够促进孩子社会性和认知能力的发展,还可以提高教师的专业素养,有助于教师专业能力的提高。本文通过对幼儿园混龄教育的相关理论及其对学前教育的意义进行分析和探讨,提出一些我国幼儿园混龄教育实施的要求,希望能够对我国幼儿园混龄教育的实施提供帮助。
With the continuous development of social economy and preschool education reform in our country, more and more kindergartens begin to try and explore a new early childhood education mode - mixed age education. The implementation of mixed-age education in kindergartens is in line with the current concept of pre-school education reform in our country. It not only promotes the development of children’s social and cognitive abilities, but also enhances teachers’ professional accomplishments and helps teachers improve their professional abilities. Based on the analysis of the related theories of kindergarten age-mixed education and its significance to preschool education, this paper puts forward some requirements for kindergarten mixed-age education in our country and hopes to provide some help to the implementation of kindergarten age-specific education in our country.
