南宁、河池地区行署,桂林、柳州、防城港、钦州市人民政府:为了更好地贯彻实施西部大开发和开放带动战略,进一步落实自治区人民政府与各地区行署、市人民政府2001年3月签订的利用外资目标责任制,加大我区利用外资工作力度,经自治区人民政府领导同意,决定对我区历年重大利用外资项目的进资情况实行跟踪责任制。现将有关问题通知如下:一、实行跟踪责任制的历年利用外资项目是合同外资额在1000万美元以上的重大项目,全区共有10项(详见附件)。这些项目合同外资额为25037万美元,目前已到位7675万美元,
Nanning, Hechi Administrative Office, Guilin, Liuzhou, Fangchenggang and Qinzhou Municipal People’s Governments: In order to better implement the strategy of developing the western region and opening up, the People’s Government of the Autonomous Region and the administrative departments of various regions and municipal people’s governments signed in March 2001 We will use the responsibility system of foreign-funded targets to increase the efforts made by our region in using foreign funds and, under the leadership of the people’s government of the autonomous regions and autonomous regions, decide to follow the responsibility system of tracking the progress of capital-raising for major projects utilizing foreign capital over the years. The relevant issues are hereby notified as follows: I. The past years of implementing the tracking responsibility system The utilization of foreign investment projects is a major project with a contractual foreign investment of over 10 million U.S. dollars. There are altogether 10 items in the region (for details, see the attachment). The contracted foreign investment of these projects is 250.37 million U.S. dollars and has reached 76.75 million U.S. dollars at present.
