目的探讨无痛性治疗性内镜检查的临床应用价值。方法在异丙酚麻醉状态下为1120例接受胃镜和结肠镜下治疗的患者施行检查。结果异丙酚静注后2-3 min中内神志消失,停药5 min内大多数苏醒,无严重不良反应及内镜下治疗并发症发生。结论异丙酚麻醉下无痛性治疗性内镜检查是安全、易行的。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of painless therapeutic endoscopy. Methods During the propofol anesthesia, 1120 patients undergoing endoscopy and colonoscopy were examined. Results Propofol disappeared within 2 to 3 minutes after intravenous injection. Most of the patients recovered within 5 minutes after stopping the injection, and no serious adverse reactions and complications occurred after endoscopic treatment. Conclusions Propofol anesthesia painless therapeutic endoscopy is safe and easy.
