近几年经治处女膜闭锁患者中,有2例采用中西医结合方法治疗,收到满意效果,介绍如下: 马某某,女,19岁。因腹胀、腰痛而急诊来院。查体:发育良好,营养中等,急性病容,被迫体位,神清语明。体温37.2℃,脉搏90次/分,呼吸正常,血压14/8kPa,心肺正常,腹部膨隆,肝脾未触及。经导尿后,腹部软,下腹部可触及明显包块。经询问病史,月经未来潮,未婚。经妇科检查确诊为处女膜闭锁、经血潴留而收入院治疗。
