目的研究达乌尔黄鼠是否对第二代抗凝血灭鼠剂具有抗药性以及抗药程度,为继续使用第二代抗凝血灭鼠剂灭鼠提供可靠的科学依据。方法通过摄食试验,以世界卫生组织(WHO)提供的方法,在食毒期内,筛选出抗药性黄鼠,计算抗性系数。结果达乌尔黄鼠对溴敌隆敏感本底测定最适宜的剂量为4.87 mg/kg,食毒期为20 d,抗性系数为0.24。结论达尔黄鼠对溴敌隆只存在轻微的抗药性,在今后的灭鼠中可以使用。
Objective To study whether Daurian ground squirrel has drug resistance and drug resistance to the second generation anticoagulant rodenticides and provide a reliable scientific basis for further use of the second generation anti-coagulant rodenticides. Methods Through the feeding test, the resistant rat was screened out in the poisoning period according to the method provided by the World Health Organization (WHO), and the coefficient of resistance was calculated. Results The most suitable dose of Daurian ground squirrel for the detection of bromadiolone was 4.87 mg / kg, the food poisoning period was 20 days, and the resistance coefficient was 0.24. Conclusion Dalmatians have only slight resistance to bromadiolone and can be used in rodent control in the future.
