对进入生殖生长时期的蚕豆进行一定剂量的~(60)Co-r射线活体慢辐照,不仅对M_1代在形态和植株高度上有影响,而且对其小孢子的发育也有显著影响。在小孢子母细胞减数分裂时,产生一系列的染色体畸变,并出现畸形的多分孢子和不育花粉粒。这种影响不仅在M_1代产生,还会对其后代继续发生影响。这种影响在人类和动物上研究较多,而在植物方面研究很少。为了探讨对M_2代的影响,我们对在M_1代活体照射后的蚕豆,进一步观察了M_2代小孢子的畸变。
Slow irradiation of ~ (60) Co-r-ray into Vicia faba in the reproductive growth period not only affected the morphology and plant height of M 1 generation, but also had a significant effect on its microspore development. At meiosis of the microspore mother cells, a series of chromosomal aberrations are generated, and deformity of the multicellular spores and sterile pollen grains appear. This impact not only occurs in the M_1 generation, but also continues to affect its offspring. This effect has been studied more in humans and animals and less in plants. In order to investigate the effect on M_2 generation, we further observed the M_2 generation of microspore aberrations on Vicia faba after irradiation.
