为贯彻落实军委和总部有关指示精神,迎接新世纪,根据《军事经济研究中心章程》的规定,2000年军事经济研究中心拟开展如下主要工作:一、编撰出版《军事经济研究回顾与展望》一书。中心自1987年5月成立以来,在总部领导机关、各军兵种、大军区有关首长和机关的关心与支持下,坚持党的基本路线,坚持为总部决策和部队现代化建设提供咨询服务的方向,围绕军事经济改革与发展的重大理论问题和现实问题,积极开展军事经济理论研究和对策研究。为了总结经验,前瞻未来,更好地开展军事经济研究,中心拟在今年编辑出版《军事经济研究回顾与展望》一书(上、下集,上集为<中国新时期军事经济研究精品荟萃>,
