1.前言在内燃机设计中,当考虑各部零件的热应力、热疲劳等热负荷时,了解燃烧气体传给燃烧室壁面(气缸盖、活塞、气缸套)的热量及其分布情况是很重要的。燃烧气体传给气缸盖的热量,可由测定气缸盖内壁表面的温度变化来求出。本报告是前次报告(1)的继续,是在改变点火提前角的条件下,对气缸盖内壁表面的温度变化及流入热量分布进行的试验。
1. Introduction In the design of internal combustion engines, it is important to understand the heat and distribution of the combustion gas to the combustion chamber wall (cylinder head, piston, cylinder liner) when considering the thermal stresses such as thermal stress and thermal fatigue of the various components. . The heat of combustion gas delivered to the cylinder head can be determined by measuring the temperature change on the inner surface of the cylinder head. This report is the continuation of the previous report (1). It is a test of the temperature change of the inner surface of the cylinder head and the distribution of the inflow heat under the condition of changing the ignition advance angle.
