采用光滑极限量规检验工件尺寸时,是否需要计算量规的测量能力指数M_cp值?量规的不确定度又如何确定?目前,有的使用光滑极限量规的制造公差值作为它的不确定度,也有的用该公差值加磨损公差值作它的不确定度,并以此来计算光滑极限量规的M_cp值。笔者认为,采用光滑极限量规检验工件尺寸不需要计算M_cp值。其根据是:
