目前,社会就业竞争日益激烈,高校所面临的问题和挑战就是如何应对社会用人等各方面的发展需要,这就要求高校在教书育人、培养学生专业知识的同时,培养学生的综合素质,认清在新形势下高校现有的综合素质培养体系的现状,在已有的模式和培养学生综合素质教育的基础上,探讨出一条更好的培养和发展高校学生的综合素质培养之路。基于此,根据广东省高校现有的综合素质培养现状,提出构建系统整体的大学生综合素质培养体系。
At present, the competition of employment in the society is getting fiercer and fiercer. The problems and challenges that colleges and universities face are how to deal with the development needs of social employers. This requires colleges and universities to cultivate students ’comprehensive qualities while teaching and educating students and students’ professional knowledge. On the basis of the existing mode and the cultivation of students’ comprehensive quality education, this article explores a better way to train and develop the overall quality of college students in the new situation. Based on this, according to the present situation of comprehensive quality cultivation of colleges and universities in Guangdong Province, this paper proposes a system to train the overall quality of undergraduates in the system.
