应用免疫组织化学方法探讨H、Lewis-a(La)、Lewis-b(Lb)、Lewi-x(Lx)、Lewis-y(Ly)、SialylLewis-a(SLa)、Sialyl-Lewis-x(SLx)、Sialrl-dimeric-Lewi-xi(SLxi)和Sialyl-Tn(STn)等9种糖抗原在人胎儿卵巢、子宫和阴道中的表达.卵巢卵母细胞的胞质中可见SLx、La及Lb抗原的表达,并随胎龄增长而增多.子宫内膜和宫颈单层柱状上皮的免疫反应可归为三类:(1)增长型(La、SLx,H)随胎龄而增;(2)弱表达类(SLa、Lx、SLxi、STn);(3)早期突发类(Lb、Ly),妊娠早期抗原表达较强,中期稍弱,晚期强.宫颈和阴道复层扁平上皮的免疫反应也可分为三类:(1)增长型(SLxi、H);(2)弱表达类(SLa、 Lx、STn);(3)在妊娠早期为中度表达,中、晚期显著增强(La、Lb、SLx、Ly).上述抗原有的是癌抗原或癌胚抗原,实验结果对妇科癌细胞表面分子的研究有一定意义.
Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of H, Lewis-a (La), Lewis-b (Lb), Lewi-x (Lx), Lewis-y (Ly), SialylLewis- ), Sialrl-dimeric-Lewi-xi (SLxi) and Sialyl-Tn (STn) in human fetus ovary, uterus and vagina.The SLx, La and Lb The expression of antigens increased with the increase of gestational age.The immune responses of endometrium and cervical monolayer columnar epithelium could be classified into three categories: (1) the growth type (La, SLx, H) increased with gestational age; (2 (Lb, Ly), the expression of antigens in the early gestation period is stronger, the weaker in the middle period and the later stage is stronger.The immunity of cervical and vaginal stratified squamous epithelium The responses were also classified into three categories: (1) growth type (SLxi, H); (2) weakly expressed classes (SLa, Lx, STn); La, Lb, SLx, Ly). Some of these antigens are cancer antigens or carcinoembryonic antigens, the experimental results of the study of the surface molecules of gynecological cancer cells have some significance.
