水利部人劳司、科教司、水文司共同主持的“全国水文系统岗位规范审定会”于1989年10月22日至25日在汉中召开。参加会议的有水利部人劳司、科教司、水文司、政研中心、长委、水文局、黄委水文局和山东、湖南、四川、河南、陕西等省水文总站,河海大学等大专院校等单位25名代表。水利部水文司原司长胡宗培、长委副主任季昌化、陕西省水利厅副厅长任三成等领导同志出席了会议。
The Labor Department, Science and Education Department and Hydrology Division of the Ministry of Water Resources co-chaired the “National Hydrological System Post Validation Conference” held in Hanzhong from October 22 to 25, 1989. The Labor Department, Science and Education Department, Hydrology Division, Political Research Center, the Long Committee, the Hydrology Bureau, the Yellow Sea Hydrographic Bureau and the Shandong, Hunan, Sichuan, Henan, Shaanxi and other provincial hydrological stations and the Hohai University Institutions and other units 25 representatives. Hu Zongpei, former director of the Hydrology Division of the Ministry of Water Resources, and Jichanghua, deputy director of the Standing Committee, and Ren Sancheng, deputy director of the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Water Resources, attended the meeting.
