目的了解某企业喷涂车间的职业病危害现状。方法对该企业喷涂车间进行职业流行病学调查。结果清洗工序工作现场空气中化学物质(C-TWA)甲苯浓度为341.03 mg/m3,二甲苯为57.80 mg/m3、乙酸丁酯为229.92 mg/m3,不符合国家职业接触限值要求,并检出了0.67 mg/m3的苯;其余工作位均符合要求。职业健康检查未发现该作业的目标疾病。结论该企业喷涂车间清洗工序化学危害因素不符合国家要求并检出了苯,存在一定的危害,应改进工艺,加强防护措施,减少对劳动者的损害。
Objective To understand the status quo of occupational diseases in a painting workshop in an enterprise. Methods To carry out occupational epidemiological survey of the spraying workshop in this enterprise. Results The concentrations of toluene (341.03 mg / m3), xylene (57.80 mg / m3) and butyl acetate (229.92 mg / m3) were not satisfied with the national occupational exposure limits Out of 0.67 mg / m3 of benzene; the rest of the working place are in line with the requirements. Occupational Health Examination found no target disease for the job. Conclusion The chemical hazards of the cleaning process in the spraying workshop of this enterprise do not meet the national requirements and the benzene is detected. There is a certain hazard. The process should be improved, the protective measures should be strengthened, and the damage to laborers should be reduced.
